Shipping Information

Items in stock typically ship within 3 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 2-3 weeks before shipping. 

During high volume periods such as online sales and holidays, shipping times may be delayed.  

In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Wink Designs, USA does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier who shipped your package.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS depending on destination. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

International Shipping

Shipping rates to your location will calculate automatically at checkout with your choice of carrier.  Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. We do not determine customs fees and Wink Designs USA is not responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.

Any import duties, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details on import information and applicable fees required by your country. 

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Wink Designs USA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any taxes, duties and customs fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Wink Designs, USA. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
